Deploying AuraScribe across an entire clinic is as much a change-management project as a technology project. This guide provides a three-phase framework (30-60-90 days) tested in dozens of Quebec clinics.
Phase 1 — Pilot (Days 1–30): Select 2–3 early-adopter physicians representative of your clinic's specialties. Run a 2-hour training session covering guides 1–3 of this Academy. Collect weekly feedback via a structured form. Goal: 80% adoption and ≥ 90% satisfaction among pilot users.
Phase 2 — Broad rollout (Days 31–60): Extend to all physicians and administrative staff. Assign an "AuraScribe champion" per group of 5 users. Run a dedicated training session for administrative staff covering EMR export management and report generation.
Phase 3 — Optimization (Days 61–90): Analyze adoption metrics (sessions started, note completion rate, RAMQ codes generated vs. rejected). Identify underused use cases and run targeted workshops. Document internal best practices and embed them into your clinical profile templates.
For ongoing governance, appoint a digital compliance officer (often the clinic manager) who will be the AuraScribe point of contact for Law 25 audits and annual security reviews. AuraScribe provides an automated compliance report each quarter.
