Templates, forms, and Smart Fill
Create or import PDF/DOCX forms and auto-fill fields using session context.
The AuraScribe template library includes over 120 ready-to-use templates covering family medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, cardiology, and surgical specialties. All templates are available in French and English.
To import your own form, navigate to Library → Import and drag and drop your PDF or DOCX file. The Smart Fill agent automatically detects fillable fields (name, date, diagnosis, medications) and proposes a mapping to AuraScribe session data.
Field mapping is done via drag-and-drop in the form configuration interface. For complex fields (e.g., "Relevant family history"), you can configure an extraction rule: AuraScribe will search transcript segments for matching content and insert it.
When generating Smart Fill, AuraScribe automatically fills all mapped fields from the current session data. A preview is shown before finalization, letting you edit any incorrect field with one click.
Completed forms can be exported as secure PDFs, shared via AuraLink (time-limited links), or pushed directly to your EMR via integration adapters.
