Privacy Complaint Process
AuraScribe Inc. is committed to handling all privacy complaints transparently and promptly in accordance with Quebec Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector) and PIPEDA.
1. Complaint Process

Step 1 — Reception
Acknowledgement within 5 business daysSubmit your complaint using the form below or by email to privacy@aurascribe.ca. Our Privacy Officer will send a written acknowledgement within 5 business days of receipt, including a reference number.

Step 2 — Investigation
Review within 30 calendar daysThe Privacy Officer reviews the complaint, gathers any relevant information, and may contact you for clarification. Investigations are conducted impartially and confidentially.

Step 3 — Response
Written decision within 30 calendar daysYou will receive a written decision explaining the findings, any remedial actions taken or planned, and, if the complaint is not upheld, the reasons for that conclusion.

Step 4 — Escalation (CAI / OPC)
Available at any timeIf you are unsatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) of Quebec at www.cai.gouv.qc.ca or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) at www.priv.gc.ca.
