EMR integrations and secure sharing
Connect your EMR, manage exports, and share documents through secure auditable links.
AuraScribe integrates natively with the leading EMRs used in Quebec, including Dossier Santé Québec, Medesync, Omnimed, Osler, and HL7 FHIR-compatible systems. Initial configuration takes approximately 20 minutes with our integration support team.
To activate integration, navigate to Settings → Integrations and select your EMR. Enter your API credentials (provided by your EMR vendor) and authorize AuraScribe to write to patient records. All access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in plain text.
Once the EMR is connected, SOAP notes, prescriptions, and completed forms can be pushed directly into the patient record in one click from the AuraScribe interface. A send confirmation with a timestamp is generated for each transfer.
To share a document with a colleague or external party, use AuraLink. Set an expiry date, a view limit, and optionally a password. The recipient accesses the document via a signed HTTPS link — no AuraScribe account is required on their end.
All access to an AuraLink is logged: masked IP, timestamp, and recipient identity if authenticated. These logs are retained for 7 years in compliance with LSSSS requirements.
